VERBATIM OF THE MONTH
"I was lucky enough to meet Laurence when I was incubated on the SOURCE by Créatis programme in 2021.

As a young entrepreneur at the time, Laurence was able to give me the keys to launch my company in the best possible way and to see things a little more clearly.

As it turned out, I was pregnant at the time, so the juggling act between my personal and professional life was at the heart of this follow-up, and so it seemed obvious to me that I'd ask her to deal with this topic.

This workshop was very important for all of us and helped to unblock many situations and problems.Thank you Laurence and Sonia for this wonderful moment of collective intelligence!!!"

We all have the means to take action at our own level to build a fairer, more sustainable economy.

Raising the awareness of public and private organisations of the need to embark on a transformation towards greater sustainability is a crucial step.

It's clear that greenwashing is everywhere, accompanied by an overabundance of attention-grabbing information.  There is an obvious reason for this. We all have a duty to reflect on our actions and to contribute, however modestly, to the goals of sustainable development as defined by the UN.

Let's not give in to pessimism or paralysing guilt. On the contrary, let's take concrete initiatives that are within our reach. Every small gesture counts. I am convinced that if each of us is aware of his or her power to change and accepts his or her share of responsibility, the world may not improve immediately, but it won't go backwards either.

The ONEIRI collective is a company in transition to a new legal form under the law of 1901 in order to increase our impact as committed consultants. We firmly believe that it is possible to adapt our expertise so that it does not perpetuate a system that, after several years of experience, we believe is doomed to fail if it does not make the transition.

Admittedly, this is yet another medium, yet another newsletter. But perhaps this blog will touch you in its form, approach and style. If it does, that's already a victory.

With my feet firmly on the ground and my head in the stars, I'm delighted that you're taking the time to subscribe and discover our articles, upcoming features and inspiring portraits. Take part in our workshops or events, donate to support information. Spread the word: it's one simple action towards greater sustainability that you will have taken today. Sometimes that's all it takes.

THE ONEIRI COLLECTIVE'S FIRST WORKSHOP
On Tuesday 24 September, the  ONEIRI collective inaugurated its first workshop, marking a significant step in its commitment to female entrepreneurship. THE MILA association, thanks to Lucie Sabatier founder by OXI, organized a three-hour session on the theme: “How to manage your time and better organize your professional and personal life as an entrepreneur.Intended exclusively for women and gender minorities as part of the  ”Entrepreneurship Crescendo" programme.  this meeting was the occasion for a first collaboration between Sonia Musnier - transformation consultant and communication expert - and Laurence Nguyen, founder of Oneiri and executive coach.
TIME MANAGEMENT, A MAJOR CHALLENGE FOR ENTREPRENEURS
Time management is a universal issue, but it takes on an even more complex dimension for parents, and especially for entrepreneurs. Poor organisation can have significant impact, especially on physical and mental health, with direct implications for sleep and lifestyle. Faced with a relentless workload, many feel overwhelmed by personal commitments, thus blurring the line between work and home. There is no “magic bullet” for achieving a perfect balance between the two: it requires an awareness of the challenges, which are generally reduced to secondary logistical tasks. The situation is more complicated for women, especially mothers, who often have to bear  a double burden: that linked to their career and that of managing the household (planning, activities, homework, 'Back office' of the domestic work). Gender equality remains  an important issues. According to a study by the World Bank, only 14 countries in the world guarantee full-legal coverage of equal rights between men and women in 2023, . This figure shows how far we still have to go to achieve true equality.

Entrepreneurship offers freedom but itcan be double-edged sword. Mothers Entrepreneurs are often forced to reduce the time they devoted to  their professional activities to manage daily household tasks. They tend to receive less support than their male counterparts. It is in this context that Emilie Friedli launched in 2024, the first season of the Mothers in France, a programme designed to support women entrepreneurs.
